COPPA Direct Parental Consent Notice

1. Direct Notice to Parents

This Direct Notice informs parents and legal guardians about our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information from children under 13 in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").

2. Parental Consent Requirement

Kids Point Hub requires an adult parent or legal guardian ("Parent") to register the master household account. By creating an account and adding child profiles (first name or nickname only), the Parent grants verifiable consent for StrasCorp LLC to process household chore data.

3. Information Collected & Use

• Child profiles: only the first name or nickname, chore point totals, and the related point history entered by the Parent. Children do not have accounts and we do not collect information directly from children.
• No social sharing / no ads: Kids Point Hub does not feature public chat, social sharing, advertising networks, or third-party behavioral tracking.

4. Parental Rights & Data Purging

Parents have the right to review, edit, or permanently delete child profile data at any time. To exercise these rights, Parents can edit or delete a child's profile in the app, delete the whole family account with the Delete my account button on the Manage tab, or email privacy@strascorp.com.
